5th Annual Women In Media Conference 2017 …..Be Heard..Be Seen…Be Bold..

Be Heard, Be Seen, Be Bold was this years slogan for  the Women In Media  ( WIM) Conference. This past weekend Women In Media held their 5th Annual WIM conference on September 23, 2017 focusing on advocacy & leadership. This year guest speakers included Philadelphia City Council, 9th District, Councilwomen Cherrelle Parker, Actress, Author, Model, & Lung Cancer Survivor, Trisha Graybill, PA House of Representatives 191st District , State Rep Joanna McClinton, and Hip-Hop Pioneer & Radio Host 100.3 WRNB FM. Lady B. Keynote Speaker and 2017 Arête of Media and Honoree of the hour was International Award Activist and Lecturer Sonia Sanchez.

During this awesome conference  Kim.Berly of Industry Session had the opportunity to chat with Danielle P. Jeter , CEO & Founder of WIM , who expressed her excitement on such a awesome turn out for all the women involved and those who attended the conference ” This conference was amazing the energy was set right from the beginning with Sonia Sanchez. All the attendees enjoyed themselves and that’s what matters” said D. Jeter . She also expressed that their mission which is to  empire, encourage and equip was done at the conference and hopes to have the same outcome for their future events coming this fall.

Business Strategist, Success Coach , Author and WIM guest panel speaker Amber Noble Garland also spoke with Kim.berly about this years WIM conference giving her stamp of approval ” The Women In Media Conference was amazing, I’m very impressed with Danielle Jeter and her production team. I’ve been to a lot of conferences and this was defiantly by far one of the best experiences I’ve had”.  When asked about how she juggles both her career and family she simply said ” God comes first, then me, then my family. If I’m rooted in my belief in God then that will be my conscious, then put myself next because I’m going to take care of myself and if I’m able to take care of myself to the best of my ability, then I can take care of other people” [family]. With juggling her career and family she recently shared that she is excited and currently promoting her newest book Mastering The Art of Success with co-Author Jack Canfield.
